INSTALLATION:
Extract files and upload files and folders to their respective location.
1.Login to admin panel,
2.Extension -> Module list find "Sendgrid API" click install and update
3.fill api key and enable/disable module

Find Api in Sendgrid Account
1. Login Sendgrid Account sendgrid.com
2. Dashboard Find "Settings" click dropdown "Api Keys" click
3. if already create api key then copy and past opencart admin or create new "Create Api Key top right side button"
